Watercolor basics and Beyond – Creating washes and landscapes

Beginners to Intermediate.
This workshop will cover washes, soft and attitude clouds and landscape. Photographs will be supplied to paid registered students.
Color wheel will be addressed as well as greens. Multiple greens will be made and painted in layers
Karel Armstrong, working professional artist has offered to commute to Prescott to instruct her broad knowledge of this medium. Karel has a great energy that she loves to share with her students. Learn the basics and more advanced techniques of watercolor painting. Explore the use of quality materials to render illustrations from your creativity, models and/or photos. Some drawing and painting experience is helpful but not required. Karel can instruct basic drawing methods if needed.
Sign up today by calling, signing up online or stopping by the Art Store, because seating is limited to the first 6 students due to the CDC guidelines.
Join us on the 29th & 30th of June, 10am – 12pm, 1pm – 4pm in June. Cost is $200.00 per student for two days of instruction
Ages 16+.
**Minimum: 4 students and Maximum: 6 students
