How does an Art Store survive in this retail market?
- You choose to be a part of the community, not just a store
- You award your loyal customers with deal after deal.
- You offer unsurpassed customer service
- You listen to your customers and assist them in the best possible techniques for successful projects
- You listen to your customers and make assertive business changes for the community’s best interest
- You offer affordable instruction with a positive atmosphere
- You care how your customer’s successes evolved and celebrate with them, if there were manufacturer failures…..you make it right.
How do you do all these missions every day? You care about what your customers are trying and doing……you also offer more of what your customers need because they are only as successful as the store is for them. We may be the only independent Art Store in the northern Arizona area but we also want to be the best one you know of.
“This loyalty of the store needs to be rewarded so the next time you come into the store, ask us about our Paint Club and Canvas Club.” – Keith Kendall, owner & manager
For each paint or set you buy of professional grade paint this goes towards being loyal to the store. If you buy 10, a free series 1 or price equivalent towards a higher series is awarded. This is beyond the student and professional discounts we already offer.
For each professional grade stretched canvas you buy, this goes towards being loyal to the store. If you buy 10, you are awarded a free 12×16 or smaller red label 3/4″ bar canvas. This is beyond the student and professional discounts we already offer.
To participate in this club, you must ask us for the punch cards for us to help you track your purchases.
Classes, workshops and demos we are working on, please be patient. Classes will restart in January. Stay tuned.
In the meantime, its the start of November, have you planned your gifts for December? Artists need materials to give such creative gifts to their loved ones but also time. Gift Certificates are always good to give as well!
Ignore the Picasso leer, he had his issues as well…….
