Joseph states,
” Fulfilling a long-held dream, I have created a 32-page picture book, eight inches square, with 27 intricate illustrations.
Like the famed pleasure palace of Marie Antoinette, my Trianon is a place of grace and beauty—whose sovereign is Whimsy. Combining the elegance of the Old World with a few citizens of the New, Trianon tells a simple story aided by poetry, dressed in an ornate wardrobe.
Some of the words are complex, some imaginary, but in friendship with the images what emerges is an embroidery of enchantment for those who enter the gates of Trianon.”
