Base Coats
4004 Transparent Base is the colorless resin base to the entire Createx / Auto Air Colors line.
4004 works as an excellent non-reactive barrier to prevent candy₂O from bleeding. Use anytime to quickly lock down candy₂O before applying other colors.
4004 Transparent Base works as a light, protective inter-coat perfect for protecting airbrushed artwork before taping. Reduce 4004 Transparent Base 10% per volume with 4012 or 4020 Automotive Reducer. Apply in light-drop coats over artwork or candy₂O.
5601 Createx Transparent Base Colorless resin base of Createx Airbrush Colors. For use with Createx & Wicked Colors
Use as a thinner by mixing with Airbrush Colors to increase transparency and help improve, may be mixed in any ratio.
Use as a light protective coating which may be applied over colors. For washfast textile painting, heat-cure Transparent Base after application over colors.
Use for preparation onto fabric prior to painting to prevent fabric knap from interfering while airbrushing. Heat-cure Transparent Base prior to applying colors.
Wicked UV Base Apply over or mix with any Createx Colors paint for enhanced effect under UV light.
Createx Illustration Base Transparent Base is the colorless transparent resin to the Illustration colors.
